What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments and all major credit cards. We also offer various financing options. Some payment methods may only be accepted in store.

How will I receive my order? What shipping options are available?
We offer several options to meet your needs:
- Delivery only (the order will be delivered and dropped off at your location.)
- Delivery & setup (the order will be delivered to your location and fully setup and installed.)
- Pickup (you may pick up your order from our store or warehouse.)
We are currently only able to provide delivery in Louisville, KY for orders made on our website. Potential customers that live outside of Louisville may contact us via Instagram/Facebook, in store or by phone to see if delivery is available to them.
I placed an order and selected delivery. When will my delivery date be?
Please allow 1-2 business days for you payment to process. After your payment has been successfully completed, a team member will call you to setup your delivery date. We are typically able to schedule deliveries 1-3 days after your payment has posted.
Are all of your products listed on your website?
No. we have a wide selection and variety of products and we constantly receive new items so unfortunately it is simply impossible to have everything featured on our website. In addition to furniture, our stores also carry a variety of home decor, household goods and other general merchandise--virtually anything you would ever need for yourself or your home.

What is included in the purchase of a bedroom set or a living room set?
Each bedroom set comes with a headboard, footboard, chest, nightstand and dresser unless otherwise specified. The mattress and boxspring (if needed--some bed frames do not require a boxspring) are sold separately unless otherwise indicated.
Each living room set includes a sofa and a loveseat. Many of our living room sets also have a matching chair which can be purchased separately.
What is your return policy? Do your items come with a warranty?
We unfortunately are typically not able to offer return on items that have already been picked up or delivered. On orders that have not been fulfilled, we offer exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Our furniture does not come with a warranty, however if there is an issue with an item that you purchased we are able to resolve the issue provided that we are notified in a timely fashion.
